Learning Spanish is really easy...just take your time and be patient...and practice lots...don't be embarrassed to get it wrong, the Spanish people will always try to help you, if they see you are trying.

In the mean time here are some useful tips to help you learn Spanish.

If you are really serious about learning Spanish...try Spanish With Michel Thomas Short Course... .I did and it is really good, and easy.

It is quite easy to translate many English words into the Spanish equivalent simply by looking at the ending of the word.  For example any word (this works for 99% of words" ending in ent in English will directly translate into the Spanish word by changing the ending to ente. i.e. independent becomes independente.

By following the simple rules of translating the endings you will be able to increase your Spanish vocabulary by using your English vocabulary.
